Hair Salon Return & Refund Policy
At Blend Hair Studio, we strive to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and satisfied. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Please review our return and refund policy below:
Hair Services
Because of the artistic and time-based nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed services. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with the result:

Please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment.

We will gladly schedule a complimentary correction appointment with the same stylist.

Corrections must be for the original service requested and discussed during the consultation.

Any change of mind or request for a different style, color, or cut may be treated as a new service.
Retail Products
We accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused hair care products within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Opened or used products may only be returned if they are defective or caused an adverse reaction.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Deposits & Cancellations
Some services require a deposit to secure the appointment (e.g., color corrections, bridal styling). These deposits:

Are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Can be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled with proper notice.
Gift Cards
All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. They may be used toward any service or product but cannot be redeemed for cash.
